Workshops
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and participating in the workshop, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Price (Exclusive of VAT)
The workshop fee, as indicated, is exclusive of any applicable value-added tax (VAT). For Netherlands-based companies, a 21% VAT applies, and for EU-based companies, reverse tax payment is applicable. Private individuals are subject to the Dutch VAT rate of 21%. Participants are responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by relevant authorities.
3. Changes to Event Schedule
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, including but not limited to topics, and timing. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Not Responsible for Future Outcomes and Mistakes
Participation in the workshop does not guarantee any specific future outcomes, results, or success. The organizers and workshop content creators are not liable for any outcomes, results, or mistakes that may occur as a result of the information or guidance provided during the workshop.
5. Sharing of Knowledge
All information, materials, and content shared during the workshop are provided to the best of the organizers' knowledge. The organizers do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, of any information shared due to rapid changes in legislation.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the specified cancellation and refund policy. The organization only accepts cancellation 24 h prior to the scheduled workshop.
